中国都选址与规划布局的本土思想研究对当今的城市选址规划颇有启发。中国古代都城的形状，重要建筑的布局、方位、朝向或装饰等等，无不体现了东方文化的宇宙观，和中国古代哲学的道、阴阳、五行、四象、《易》卦等宇宙观，以及理、气、象、数等概念，颇具神秘色彩。这种规划思想的形成，是和中国文明起源于黄土高原和大陆性季风气候的独特地理环境分不开的，体现了地方性和民族性，和西方城市文化有着根本的差异。总之，城市外在的面貌和其选址布局是特殊历史条件下，社会经济、文化传统、地理环境等各种因素综用的产物。中国古代都城所展示的迥异于西方古代城市的独特的东方文化内涵，有一个历史序列上的发生发展过程。其中既有传统的继承，又有不断的创新.以及实际情况的制约等等，极其复杂。本文力图从一个全新的视角，系统整理在中国历史上实际发生过的古都选址与规划布局的本土思想，以利于今天的城市规划工作。关键词：中国古都选址布局中园本土文化PDGAbstractAncient Chinese capitals were one of the most importantpart of China's historical and culture heritage.Most AncientChinese capitals were well planned before construction,andps were used very early to help planning.So,they are highlyregarded for their orderliness and trimness.Political,economi-cal,military factors as well as water resource and transporta-tion,were well considered before chose a proper location to builda capital.The planning theory of those ancient capitals was in-fluenced by Chinese traditional philosophy and culture.The inpoint was that hun beings must act harmoniously with the en-vironment.The designing and arrangement of a capital was toexpress the order both up in universe and down on earth.so asto ke sure that the universe,the earth,and the hun beingsget along well.Thus,palace was always the center of a capitalto show the unlimited power of the emperor,and it's common toarrange everything symmetrically along the axis of a capital city.The planning of Chinese capital cities is influenced by vari-ous thoughts.Ceremony in West Zhou Dynasty,which includessome rules for city planning,came from patriarchcal clan sys-tem,is the in line through the planning of ancient capitals.But during the Spring and Autumn period in Chinese history.due to the rapid cconomical development of the capital cities.those rules were not well abided by vassals.They inclined toplan and construct their cities according to the actual needs.Af-PDG
